Namely, in collaboration with our partners, we offer high-quality health services which include effective dermatological treatments, non-invasive methods for facial and body rejuvenation, physical medicine and rehabilitation, dental services and more.

We have now taken a further step so as to create affordable packages for long-term stays. Hotel Marvie has been accepting modern trends enthusiastically, with a belief that a global world that knows no boundaries can blend living, remote working and traveling. This is why we have taken the time to adapt our offer to the needs of an expanding international remote working community, widely known as digital nomads.

Our mission is to actively participate in the design of a brand-new tourist product, which is changing the paradigm of traveling, working and living – a home for an exciting exchange of ideas.

Split and Croatia are trending on the map of go-to destinations among digital nomads around the world, while the potentials of long-term stays have also been recognized by the Croatian government, which is currently working on reshaping legislative frameworks with the aim of facilitating long-term stays and remote working from our country for the EU citizens and others.

Remote working has been recognized as a growing trend with an exceptional economic potential, supported by forecasts claiming that by 2022 there will be over 1.87 billion workers in the world whose work will take place online regardless of their location.

Opting for a stay in one destination for a month or longer is never an easy decision. We would therefore like to give you a detailed introduction into the benefits brought by our Long-term Stay Package. Marvie is the first hotel in Croatia to have created an offer completely tailored to the needs of remote workers. Our long-term stay option, 28 days or longer, is now available all year round, even during the summer season – with a 50% discount.

The long-term stay price for one person including the unlimited use of the rooftop pool, Wellness zone and gym, for a period of 4 weeks from Nov 1st to May 1st, is 1428 EUR, with a 200 EUR supplement for an additional person in a double room. If we take into account the prices of monthly rents for one-bedroom apartments in EU capitals, and compare them to our long-term stay package, this offer becomes even more tempting.

Coworking space

As one of the hubs of digital nomads in Split, we now provide you with an inspiring coworking space with 200 Mbps high-speed Internet, a projector, projector screen and flipchart, suitable for 7 persons. Although our coworking space will be complete with ergonomic chairs and new desks in March, it is already open to both hotel guests and all other digital nomads in town.

In an attempt to provide optimal working conditions and thus enhance the productivity and creativity of our guests, we offer Deluxe rooms with sea view – several of which include a terrace and a separate living room. All rooms are equipped with 200 Mbps high-speed Internet, work desk, mini fridge, electronic safe and Smart HD TV. Our rooms allow guests to disconnect from the outside world and focus entirely on the quality of their work, while all video conversations can also be conducted comfortably from a comfortable sofa bed.

Wellness zone

As already mentioned, the package includes the unlimited use of the rooftop pool and the Renevie wellness zone, which consists of an indoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, gym and relaxation zone. This option completes our long-term stay offer and provides all the conditions for a perfect balance between the mind and the body, or work and relaxation.

Outside their Deluxe rooms and coworking spaces, guests can also work, exchange ideas and knowledge from our relaxing Mareo Bar, Da’Mar restaurant or lobby, or by the rooftop pool during the warmer months, while enjoying the panoramic view of the archipelago.

Extended Health Stay Packages

By providing opportunities for a longer stay and affordable prices, our goal is also to allow guests to acquaint themselves with the quality of our carefully created health services. The Physiotherapy and Nutrition Packages are also new additions to this year’s offer, and they both include a longer stay in one of our Deluxe rooms with sea view as well as the unlimited use of the Renevie wellness zone.

The Physiotherapy package includes a minimum 14-day stay, initial consultations with a physiotherapist and 10 individual therapies, while the two-week Nutrition Package offers a custom diet program which includes 5 meals a day, designed by a nutritionist after the initial consultation.
