Marvie’s eco-friendly practices for a sustainable future

As part of the European Green Deal’s Circular Economy Action Plan, new rules have been proposed to put an end to wasteful packaging by reducing its quantity and promoting reusable and refillable packaging solutions. The goal of the policy is to make sustainable products the norm, boost recycling and thus reduce the need for primary natural resources. It is estimated that just by reducing the packaging waste by 15 % per capita by 2040 in each member state, the total rate of EU waste will reduce by 37 %. 

Implementing eco-friendly and sustainable practices that help preserve the environment has been the focus of Marvie Hotel & Health from the very beginning when we carried out a set of actions with the aim to reduce our carbon footprint. All of our operational divisions are determined to reduce to the minimum the consumption of natural resources and the expense of energy. 

Being situated in the proximity of the sea, our guests can enjoy the majestic views of the surrounding nature, be it while on their balcony, terrace, or rooftop pool. But we are well aware of the fragility of our ecosystem, so in order to preserve our natural surroundings, we strive to responsibly manage our resources to minimize our impact on the environment. As part of our own sustainability initiative, Marvie Hotel & Health has already started to adopt environmentally friendly practices that contribute to the preservation of our planet.
