No high-end production is needed – have fun, be yourself, be creative and relaxed – we are looking for authentic, original footage of your experience and summer joy, combined with the incredible beauty of the Dalmatian scenery!

How to participate?

  1. Share your video material to your public Instagram profile feed as a Reel or Video post with the hashtag #reelstoryofcroatia and the brand tag #marviehotel in the period from July 1st 2021 to Sept 30th 2021.
  2. follow @marvie.hotel on Instagram
  3. Be a Hotel guest for min. 1 night in the period from July 1st 2021 to Sept 30th 2021.

Do not forget to include the hashtags #reelstoryofcroatia #marviehotel in the first line of the caption. And that’s it!

One recommendation: after posting your Reel or Video post, we advise you to DM us, send us an email on info@marviehotel.com as to be sure that we have registered your contest entry. This step is not obligatory.

The deadline for entries is Sept 30th 2021. Marvie’s team will select the winning Reel or Video post which has best managed to represent the pleasures of staying in Split and Dalmatia, and will award its content creator with 10 years of stays.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You must be aged 18 or over to enter, IG profiles must be public, multiple submissions are allowed. The contest ends Thursday 30 September 2021 at 11:59 pm (CET). Results will be announced on Sunday 10 October 2021 at 5:00 pm (CET).

  • The Promoter is Marvie Hotel & Health of Krupa d.o.o.
  • The competition starts Thursday 1st July 2021 at 0:00 am (CET) and ends Thursday 30th September 2021 at 11:59 pm (CET).
  • The competition is open to Entrants over the age of 18 years with public Instagram profile (private profile entry will not be accepted), except employees of Krupa d.o.o. and anyone otherwise connected with the judging of the competition.
  • Entrants must be guests of the Hotel (min 1 night stay) in the period from July 1st to Sept 30th 2021.
  • Marvie Hotel & Health does not accept any liability for entries not received for whatever reason.
  • By entering the competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and agree that their submission will be publicly shared and may be reproduced for any purpose at any time.
  • By entering our competition, you grant permission to Marvie Hotel & Health to use your photo in any promotional literature, website and social channels. You must also have the permission from any person that is identifiable in the image.
  • Entrants can enter multiple Reels or video posts.
  • All video material must be taken on the territory of Dalmatia region (Zadarska county, Šibensko-Kninska County, Splitsko-Dalmatinske county, Dubrovačka county).
  • All video must be original and Entrants must be the sole authors and owners of the copyright. Computer-generated images will not be accepted.
  • Any image deemed misleading or belonging to another person will be invalid and any prize awarded to any person involved will further be invalid. Marvie Hotel & Health does not accept any responsibility in this instance.
  • All video material must comply with Instagram Community Guidelines otherwise it will not be accepted.
  • Marvie Hotel & Health does not accept any liability for the publication of unlawfully reproduced images.
  • All videos must be submitted via Instagram with the #reelstoryofcroatia and #marviehotel tags in the first line of the post caption, and all Entrants must follow Instagram profile @marvie.hotel.
  • Marvie Hotel & Health will not be responsible for any lost or damaged submissions.
  • The use of any smartphones is permissible, add-on lenses may be used. Photos can be posted on personal accounts such as Facebook or Instagram. The photos can only be edited on mobile based apps, but cannot be altered via desktop applications.
  • There will be one (1) winner in total throughout the duration of the competition.
  • Winning submission will be selected by the Marvie Hotel & Health creative team and all submissions must comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • The winner will be announced at the end of the campaign via Marvie Hotel & Health social media channels and will be contacted via Instagram DM.
  • The winner will be announced on Sunday, October 10th 2021 at 5:00 pm (CET).
  • The prize includes Bed & Breakfast for two (2) persons. All other expenses made at the time of stay at Marvie Hotel & Health must be paid by the guest.
  • A detailed description of the prize can be found on this web site.
  • The prize excludes flights and travel costs. Additional expenses and conditions may apply.
  • By entering the competition, winners give Marvie Hotel & Health the consent to use their image, name and/or photograph in any related publicity without further compensation.
  • Marvie Hotel & Health decisions on all matters related to the competition will be final, including the judges’ decision. Further complaints will not be considered.
  • The prize can be realized throughout the whole year, for the next 10 years, depending on Hotel room availability. The Hotel is not responsible for the winner’s inability to use the prize in cases of vis major.
  • The prize can be realized every year for the next 10 years (2022 – 2032) with mandatory booking made up to 4 months prior to stay awarded by the contest.
  • The prize cannot be transferred to another person and must be used by the contest winner.
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for money.
  • The winner cannot use more than the three (3) planned stays in one year, the awarded stays cannot be transferred from year to year, the three (3) awarded nights per year must be booked in one stay.
  • If Marvie Hotel & Health is not able to provide the winner with a Superior room for objective reasons, regardless of a booking made four (4) months in advance, the Hotel will offer the guest another room of the same or higher category.
  • By providing personal details such as name and email, you allow Marvie Hotel & Health to contact you with news, updates, offers and more.
  • All entrants are deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to be bound by them.
  • This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
  • For all inquiries on the campaign or withdrawal of participants, please contact us.
